The Dash 4 Cash Race is a timed, skill-based foot race. Participants compete for a chance to win cash prizes based on performance. This event is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance.

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.

• Must sign the official waiver prior to participation.

• No purchase necessary to spectate, but registration is required to compete.

• All participants must be in good physical condition.

• The entry fee is $75 per participant.

• Entry fees go toward race production, safety, permits, staffing, and prize funding. Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the event of participant withdrawal or disqualification.

Cash prizes will be awarded based on finishing times:

• 🥇 1st Place: \$1,000

• 🥈 2nd Place: \$500

• 🥉 3rd Place: \$250

Note: Prize amounts are subject to change if minimum participation levels are not met.

• All runners must wear official race bibs to qualify.

• Timing will be conducted via manual timing, photography and videography.

• Interference, cutting the course, or any unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.

• Final decisions on winners and disputes rest with the race officials.

Timing will be managed by stopwatch.

All participants must start and finish at the designated locations.

Any participant found cheating (cutting course, interfering with others) will be disqualified with no refund.

Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or delay the race for safety reasons (e.g. weather, emergencies).

By registering for and participating in the Dash 4 Cash ATL Race, I agree to the following:

1. I am voluntarily participating in this race at my own risk.

2. I certify that I am physically fit and have trained for participation.

3 .I knowingly and freely assume all risks, including but not limited to: falls, contact with others, weather, traffic, and road conditions.

4. I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and city officials from all liability arising from my participation.

This includes injury, illness, theft, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. I understand this is a physical activity that may cause injury or exhaustion.I release and discharge the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue, and partners from any liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from my participation.

6. I understand the entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation.

I authorize the use of photos, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
